Africa: Mozambique: Mozambican Piri Piri Sauce

 

INGREDIENTS:

2 crushed garlic cloves

Salt

2 lemon juice

1 cup of butter or oil

Chopped springs parsley

2 teaspoons Cayenne pepper 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat at a low temperature for roughly 5 mins.

Serve hot with hard-cooked shrimps, chicken and any good seafood.
