Caribbean: Aruba: Aruban Sea Bass
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz sea bass filet
1 pinch old bay seasoning
3 oz button mushroom
2 oz lobster bisque
8 oz sea bass filet

3 each asparagus
3 oz roasted potatoes
1 each fried cherry tomato
2 oz herb salad
1/2 each lemon
1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
To taste salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook the potatoes in water for 8 minutes, put out of the water and drain for 2 minutes,
Preheated frying pan with a little oil cook the potatoes for 4 minutes add the mushrooms, asparagus, and saute until vegetables are finished cooking with rectify the seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
Seasoned the sea bass with a pinch of Old Bay seasoning, cooking on the grill 2 minutes on each side and finish cook in the oven at the end desired,
Serve in the center on the vegetable, cover with lobster bisque, herb salad mix and season with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice, serve a side of sea bass, place half of the lemon on the plate
Fried cherry tomatoes, make a cross cut on the bottom and fry in plenty of oil for 1 minute, remove from oil and tomato skin lift up, use for decoration.
