Africa: Niger: Nigerien Beef Suya
INGREDIENTS:
1 kg beef
1 cup spicy ground nut cake powde(kuli kuli),
seasoning and spices to taste
1/4 cup vegetable oil
skewers
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Wash and drain the meat
Step 2: Cut in to flat shape
Step 3: Arrange the meat on d skewers
Step 4: Mix the spicy kuli kuli wit seasoning and spicies
Step 5: Sprinkled the kuli kuli all over the meat, followed by some vegetable oil
Step 6: Grille in a hot oven under high heat till soft
